Deploy to Vercel

1. Push to GitHub

git push origin main

2. Import in Vercel

1. Go to vercel.com/new
2. Import your Claude-Squad repo
3. Set Root Directory to apps/web
4. Add all env vars from apps/web/.env.local in the Vercel dashboard
5. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_PARTYKIT_HOST to your deployed Partykit domain (not localhost)
6. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL to your Vercel app URL

3. Deploy

Click Deploy. Vercel builds and deploys automatically.

Subsequent deploys

Push to main → Vercel redeploys automatically. No manual steps needed.
